Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Content data: Posts you generate, save, or schedule within Voicio. This includes your Hook Library, Content Pillars, Saved Prompts, and scheduled posts.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the app — which features you use, when you log in. We do not track individual keystrokes or read your clipboard.
Payment data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card details.
LinkedIn profile data: If you use the Profile Optimizer, you paste your profile text into the app. This is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions and is not stored permanently.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Your account data and content are stored on our PocketBase server hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
Content you store locally (Hook Library, Saved Prompts, etc.) is stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly archive it.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.

Voicio uses minimal cookies. We use session cookies to keep you logged in and localStorage for app preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Voicio is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
