1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Voicio ("the Service"), operated by Flatirons Creative Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voicio is an AI-powered LinkedIn content operating system that helps users generate, schedule, audit, and archive LinkedIn posts. The Service uses third-party AI APIs to generate content based on user input.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Voicio. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voicio to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates any laws
• Spam, harass, or deceive other LinkedIn users
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to train competing AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Voicio uses AI to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content
• Content you generate remains your responsibility once published on LinkedIn

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Voicio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Voicio platform, codebase, and brand.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your account data and generated content to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatirons Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Voicio. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
